Could You Do More To Support Your Female Workforce?

If the answer is yes, or even maybe, then why not consider putting them forward for this superb course? What’s more, it’s entirely FREE!

The Be Your Best Self personal development programme for Women in Agriculture is an integral part of the Scottish Government’s vision to make Scottish agriculture a fairer, more inclusive industry where business succession is not determined by gender, training is accessible to everyone, and more women take on senior roles.

Run in ten cohorts (four of which have already taken place with superb feedback) across two years, the course includes:

The course is open to any female over the age of 18, working or living in rural Scotland, including those who have previously taken part in any other personal development training. Time commitment is in the region of ten hours spread across two to three weeks. The next cohort commences in late August and is full, but future cohorts from September 2022 onwards currently have availability.

Examples of course feedback include:

“I feel way more connected with WIA now than I did before the course, especially across more of Scotland “

“Because of the friendly, open group of people I've engaged with through the BYBS course, with no small part down to its presenters and how they delivered the course”

“I won’t let imposter syndrome get in my way (of further development)”

“Having completed this I have more confidence in my own ability to turn up and complete further training”

“I now feel more inspired and confident”
