It's worth remembering that we are still living in a global pandemic and, with the shortage of food-grade co2, container port delays and labour shortages, 2021 has been every bit as challenging as 2020 for some businesses. Many of the supply chain issues are set to continue into 2022 and this is likely to be exacerbated by rising energy costs, so what do we have to look forward to in 2022?
